50 years as a Freemason

The February meeting of HVL652 took place on 15th February 2018, and was a special occasion for one of our brethren, Worshipful Brother Terrance (Terry) Kelly, who celebrated 50 years in freemasonry. As such occasions are few and far between Terry was presented with a special commemorative certificate by Worshipful Brother Alan Elstone, Deputy Provincial Grand Master of the Province of Yorkshire, West Riding.

The presentation was well attended with visitors from as far afield as Sussex, who along with brethren from HVL were treated to a Scottish themed harmony in honour of Terry. Music was provided by the sound of the pipes and brethren joined in with communal singing of well known Scottish anthems.
